During the COVID-19 situation and for the protection of our passengers as well as our team members, we are implementing the following travel protocols that we will comply with and ask to be enforced. It is important to mention that all measures implemented are Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regulations. https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Galaxy Vacations' entire fleet of vehicles are cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis in accordance with CDC regulations. The disinfectants used are designed and approved by the FDA, with two objectives, firstly to destroy all viruses and secondly to keep the environment sanitized regardless of incoming or outgoing passengers for 24 hours.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Our work team (Drivers, Coordinators and Support Team) will be checked on a regular basis for the safety of our passengers. As well as the correct and responsible use of masks and protection elements.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The entire fleet of vehicles is equipped with a new UV light system to enhance the decontamination of any viruses that may be present.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. The cleaning and sanitation systems that are carried out are certified by the FDA and CDC authorized by the USA.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. With respect to all passenger luggage, before boarding our vehicles it will be compulsorily sanitized at the entrance without prior notice. (It should be noted that this process may take more time than previously occupied in each service. This should be taken into account when considering schedules).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Spacing and maximum capacities of vehicles: Passengers traveling in groups (8 or more people together), must decide whether or not they wish to take vehicles filled to maximum capacity. This decision is the responsibility of the person hiring the group. Galaxy's recommendation: VANS of 14 passengers - a maximum of 8 passengers is recommended. 57-58-59 passenger BUSES: a maximum of 30 passengers is recommended.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Passengers are required to wear masks or face masks during the time they remain inside the vehicles.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. All our passengers will be required to take temperatures with gun thermometers. Passengers with elevated temperatures will not be allowed to enter the vehicles. We have an emergency protocol on how to act in case of symptoms.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. New protocol at the time of entering our transportation fleet; when entering the vehicles, the passengers sitting in the back must enter first and the last passengers to board will be those sitting in the front seats.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. It should be clarified that since this is the beginning of operations, different regulations and facilities will be managed with the objective of caring for and protecting the health of our passengers and our work team.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
