Disney Springs will also<br \/>\nwill remain open.<br \/>\nWe will continue to liaise with appropriate officials and health experts.<br \/>\nWe are working as fast as we can to provide you and your customers with information<br \/>\non the impacts on existing and future reserves during this period.<br \/>\nYou can continue to check with us for additional details on how to modify reservations.<br \/>\nWe appreciate your patience and understanding. We appreciate your patience and understanding.<\/p>\n<h3>\nFrequently Asked Questions<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Can my customers get a refund on their ticket?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Multi-day theme park tickets that have not expired with unused days, or<br \/>\ntheme park tickets for specific dates with a start date as of March 31, 2009.<br \/>\n2020 or earlier will be automatically extended to use any date up to December 15.<br \/>\n2020. If your clients are unable to visit before December 15, 2020, they can apply the value<br \/>\nof a totally unused ticket for the purchase of a ticket for a future date.<br \/>\nIf your customers have purchased tickets for Disney After Hours, Disney Villains After Hours and Disney<br \/>\nEarly Morning Magic from March 16, 2020 through March 31, 2020, will be reimbursed for the following<br \/>\nautomatically.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How does the closure of Walt Disney World impact annual passes?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Walt Disney World annual passes will be extended for as many days as the parks are open.<br \/>\nclosed, from March 16, 2020 to March 31, 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My clients have a future stay while the park is closed. What does that mean for their<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>vacation package?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For stays between March 16, 2020 and March 31, 2020, if your Customer has not<br \/>\nregistered, you can modify or cancel your Disney Resort room reservation or Disney Resort package.<br \/>\nWalt Disney Travel Company until your original check-in date. If no action is taken, Disney<br \/>\nwill automatically process a refund to the original form of payment within seven days.<br \/>\nafter the original check-in date.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What happens if my client wishes to cancel a hotel reservation after the parks return?<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>to open?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There will be no cancellation fees imposed by Disney from the check-in date through June 30.<br \/>\n2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>My clients have a prepaid meal reservation or an experience reservation as Build a<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Droid during the time the parks are closed, will they receive a refund?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes.
