This means that we will be present at the end of this crisis with the same<br \/>\nstrength and all the energy to move forward.<br \/>\nAs you well know, the parks and cruise ships are taking emergency measures and focusing all their attention to<br \/>\npassengers currently affected and those about to enter the country for the duration of these measures, in order to be able to<br \/>\nthe crisis.<br \/>\nThere are many groups and roadblocks for the upcoming summer season, there are customers who are asking us about<br \/>\nabout possible reductions or cancellations, due to the fear of not being able to fulfill the reservation. We understand your<br \/>\nconcern, but at the moment we are not having concrete answers, since we are all evaluating<br \/>\nthe situation as the days go by.<br \/>\nWe are confident that we all understand the situation, we just need to give them time.<br \/>\nOn Galaxy's behalf, we will always do everything we can to protect our customers. You can be sure of that<br \/>\ntotally secure.<br \/>\nDisney has already sent its official statement, confirming that the Theme Parks will be closed from Monday 16<br \/>\nMarch. Intending to reopen on April 1, 2020. Universal Studios will follow the same policy.<br \/>\nSeaWorld \/ Busch Gardens parks have not announced closures, at the time of this press release, but we are<br \/>\nWe expect them to close this coming week as well.<br \/>\nWe clarify that Disney \/ Universal Hotels as well as Disney Springs and Universal City Walk at the moment,<br \/>\nremain open.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ref.
