-Parks at Universal Orlando will close beginning March 16 through the end of March
-The Mardi Gras event, dates have been changed, so Flo Rida will be present on Saturday, December 14, 2010.
March and Sugar Ray will be on Sunday, March 15. And for the time being The All American Rejects and Diana
Ross have cancelled their events.
- Blue Man Group closes its doors as of Monday, March 16.
-Hotels and citywalk remain open
UNIVERSAL STUDIOS HOLLYWOOD
Universal Studios Hollywood park will be closed beginning March 14 and plans to open from March 14.

Cancellation of Universal Orlando tickets:
- Remember that our tickets are valid for 1 year from the date they are issued, and if
can be cancelled without penalty through TW or Ticket store, as long as they have no use.
-Explorer tickets, you have until December 31 to use this ticket, you can still use it.

-For customers with confirmations from today until March 31, 2020, you can cancel up to

check-out earlier, they may do so without penalty.
-Bookings made between March 4 - April 15, 2020, for travel between March 1, 2020 and April 1, 2020, for travel between March 1, 2020 and April 1, 2020.
from April - August 31, 2020, you can cancel without penalty up to 24hrs prior to arrival.
The one-night deposit policy is non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hrs (for
lodgings between April 1 - August 31, 2020)
Cancellation of Universal Studios Hollywood tickets:
1-day, 2-day and Universal Express tickets are automatically extended.
