As a result of COVID-19 and following the guidelines of both the county and the State of Florida and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we have implemented a new ticket reservation system to more effectively manage the maximum daily capacity allowed in the parks, in order to offer your customers maximum safety while visiting us.
How will the reservation process work?
Each park has implemented a reservation system that requires all visitors, with any tickets purchased, to make reservations in advance for the specific day(s) they will be visiting our parks.
At this time there are two scenarios.
FIRST SCENARIO:
The customer already has his ticket. Therefore, the passenger must follow the next steps:
Step # 1
Go to the website of the park you want to visit
Step # 2
When the page opens, select the park you want to visit, in this case Aquatica Orlando. select the button that says DISCOVER
Step # 3
In the center column where it says RESERVATIONS REQUIRED, click on the button BOOK NOW
Step # 4
Go to the column that says TICKET HOLDER RESERVATION. There you will enter the number of people for whom you are going to make the reservation (the system accepts a maximum of 6 people in the same reservation). Then in the calendar you will mark the specific date you want to visit the park and then click on the button CREATE RESERVATION
STEP # 5
Fill in the required fields. You must enter the bar code number that is on the ticket of each passenger, the first name, last name and an email address to receive confirmation of the reservation and click on the button of COMPLETE RESERVATION.
Step # 6
When you receive your confirmation by mail, please print it out. You must bring it to the park on the day of your visit:
- Your ticket with barcode
- Reservation received by mail
- A photo ID
Note: Visitors who have not reserved in advance will not be allowed to enter the park.
SECOND SCENARIO
The passenger from now on buys his ticket through the travel agency who in turn request the services of our Resellers. Step by step for you our partners:
Step # 1
They issue the ticket through the EZ ticket system. Ticket types and prices have not changed, so they remain the same according to your contract.
Step # 2
They make the reservation for the specific days of the clients' visits, following the same steps that the passenger would do directly: they enter the page of each park and follow the reservation process. As part of your customer service, it is recommended that you make reservations for the specific day of the visit.
Step # 3
When making the reservation, please include your e-mail address so that the reservation will be sent to you and not to the passenger.
Step # 4
You will send it to the travel agent:
- The EZ ticket of each passenger
- Confirmation of the reservation for each passenger with the specific day of their visit.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
¿Visitors who purchase additional benefits, such as Quick Queue tickets for attractions (additional tours), must also reserve these benefits.?
Yes, in order to enter the park you must have your ticket and reserve the additional benefits for that specific day.
The system will not let me make a reservation or finalize my transaction, what can I do?
If you are unable to make a reservation on your first attempt, please empty your cart by pressing "remove" on each product (your cart must be empty to proceed) and try again. Although stocking capacity is limited, we continue to add inventory on an ongoing basis according to park capacity.
Does each person have to book individually or can a whole group be booked at the same time?
Everyone in the group needs a reservation. The system accepts a maximum of 6 people per reservation, but each visitor's ticket barcodes and the first and last name of each member of the group must be entered. Children under 3 years old do not require reservations or tickets to enter.
Do I need a reservation for children under 3 years old?
No reservations or tickets are required for children under 3 years old. Only guests 3 years of age and older need tickets and reservations to enter the parks.
What type of ticket requires reservations?
All tickets require reservations prior to your visit to the park(s), including single day tickets, multiple visits, group tickets, complimentary tickets.
Can I make a reservation the same day I want to visit the park?
Yes, you can make a reservation the same day you plan your visit to the park as long as inventory is available.
Can I buy a ticket the same day I want to visit the park?
Yes, you can buy your ticket the same day you want to visit the park as long as there is inventory available.
I have a valid multi-visit ticket, do I need to make a reservation for the day I plan to visit each of the parks?
Yes, reservations must be made for each day and each park you plan to visit. This can be done on each park's website using the barcode on your multi-day ticket.
Only one park can be visited per day.
I want to purchase a single and/or multi-day/multi-park ticket, what do I need to do to reserve my day?
Reservations are required for single and/or multi-day/multi-park tickets. You may visit one park per day and must make reservations for each day and each park separately.
I purchased tickets as part of an official vacation package. Do I need to make reservations?
Yes, we need to know what day you intend to visit each park. Please use the barcode number found on the ticket and go to the official site of the park you wish to visit and make your reservation for the specific day of your visit. Do the same procedure for each of the parks you wish to visit.
¿What percentage of the park's daily capacity will be based on reserves?
The 100%. All visitors must have a dated reservation to enter the park.
What happens if I show up at the park without a reservation?
We strongly recommend that visitors do not go to the park unless they have a reservation. Visitors without reservations will only be allowed to enter if the park is not at maximum permitted capacity. However, admission is not guaranteed.
Is there any additional charge for using the reservation system?
There is no charge for using the reservation system. The reservation system is a tool that we have implemented to help manage the maximum capacity allowed, with the goal that visitors can enjoy a safe and fun experience while maintaining physical distance.
¿Can reservations be transferred from one visitor to another?
No. Reservations can be cancelled or rebooked at least 24 hours prior to the reservation date, but cannot be transferred to other visitors who were not included in the original reservation..
¿What happens if I don't show up at the park on the day I have my reservation?
Single and multi-day tickets are non-refundable, but visitors may change their reservation date up to 24 hours in advance by calling 407-545-5550.
This allows us to increase availability for other visitors.
If there is no availability on a specific day, will there be a waiting list?
There is no waiting list, however, visitors should continue to check the reservation site, as inventory availability may change.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Single and multi-day tickets are non-refundable, but visitors may change their reservation date up to 24 hours in advance by calling 321-251-7212 / 407-948-4258.
I am a visitor with a Discovery Cove reservation, how can I use my admission to Aquatica and SeaWorld?
When the customer is purchasing a Discovery Cove package that includes the other two parks (SeaWorld and Aquatica) and/or the package that also includes Busch Gardens, the procedure is as follows:
You purchase the Discovery Cove ticket that already specifies the type of package, go to the page of each of the parks (SeaWorld, Aquatica, Busch Gardens) and book using the barcode number that appears on the ticket of the parks that are part of the package purchased.
I have a multi-park ticket, can I visit two parks on the same day?
In order to allow the maximum daily allowable number of visitors to enjoy the parks, there will currently be no possibility to book a visit to two parks on the same day.
When I check in to reserve my visit day, my ticket is missing or expired, what should I do?
Call us at 321-251-7212 / 407-948-4258 prior to your visit. Visitors without reservations will not be allowed to enter the park.
What do I need to bring with me to enter the park?
Visitors must bring their original ticket, reservation confirmation and photo ID to enter the park.
¿How far in advance can I make a reservation?
We are currently allowing visitors to make reservations until the end of 2020.
