This carefully managed reopening comes with strict new health, safety and hygiene procedures. Therefore, as we return to enjoying your parks together, everyone should follow CDC guidelines and recommendations from health officials and Universal Orlando policies. Please be aware that any public place where people are present presents an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit.

Important information for your visit In accordance with CDC guidelines, we have enhanced sanitation procedures and implemented additional measures for spacing and distance detection. Therefore, we ask that all guests and team members comply with the following:

Mouthpiece required
Everyone is required to cover themselves with a mask during their visit.

Verification of required temperature
Temperature checks will be required upon arrival, and guests with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher will not be admitted.

Frequent hand washing
Wash hands with soap and water often for at least 20 seconds.

Social distancing
Practice social distancing and keep at least 6 feet (2 meters) between your travel party and others.

Floor markings
When present, stand on the floor markings until the group in front of you moves forward.

Avoid contact with sick people.

Use hand sanitizer when necessary.
In select locations, even before boarding the tour vehicles, guests should use hand sanitizer.

Follow the direction of the team member.
Follow the instructions of our team members and be patient while we work on these new operating procedures.
