Temporary closure of theme parks
With great caution and in the best interest of our Guests and Employees, we are
closing of our theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort, effective 16
March, until the end of the month.
Disney Resort hotels will remain open until further notice. Disney Springs will also
will remain open.
We will continue to liaise with appropriate officials and health experts.
We are working as fast as we can to provide you and your customers with information
on the impacts on existing and future reserves during this period.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can my customers get a refund on their ticket?
Multi-day theme park tickets that have not expired with unused days, or
theme park tickets for specific dates with a start date as of March 31, 2009.
